Description
About an oval, covered with plastic flowers and leaves, a peasant sitting on a rock playing the bagpipes. To his right lies a dog. Polychrome painting. Possibly by J.J. Kaendler. Insignificant restoration; crossed swords mark. Height 8.5 cm. A porcelain figure of a peasant playing the bagpipes. Meissen. Mid-18th century.
