On the verso, there is a handwritten dedication: "Gift to Fritz Jahn, fraternity brother of Friedrich-Wilhelm Hümme in Jena, from Gisela Hümme. She was the second wife of Hümme after the death of the first, she herself being the daughter of our fraternity brother A.H. Dieckerhoff I." Inscribed and dated "1760".
