Description
A standing sheep on an oval base adorned with plastic flowers and leaves, turned to the right or left. Naturalistic, curly, reliefed, partially brownish-spotted fur. Polychrome painting. Possibly by Peter Reinicke, 1747. Restored. Collection; sword mark. Height 10.5 cm. Length 9.5 cm - 11 cm. Compare with Albiker, Meissen Porcelain Figures, No. 212f. A pair of porcelain figures of sheep. Restored. Chipped. Crossed swords mark. Meissen. Circa 1750.
