Music-playing Rococo group
Description
On an intricately crafted Rococo pedestal, a seated lady playing the harp is accompanied by a young gentleman on a Rococo chair. Facing her, a standing boy playing the flute stands next to a music stand. The painting is polychrome with rich gold detailing. Possibly by Michel Victor Acier. Model number D 48. Restored. Sword mark. Height 18.5 cm. A porcelain Rococo figure group depicting musicians with a harp. Meissen. End of the 19th century.
