Provenance: From the estate of a significant Northern German private collection. A German Karlsruhe glazed and painted earthenware figure of a predatory bird, probably modeled by Emil Pottner in 1925. Factory mark: Majolika-Manufaktur Karlsruhe. 1925 to around 1930.
