Böttger porcelain. Curved body with rounded side handles in the form of a juicy scroll and a pointed spout. Dome-shaped lid with a central knob in the form of a disc. On both sides of the body and on the lid, blooming peony branches grow, adjacent to a stylized garden fence. The design is executed in iron-red, purple, moss, yellow, and some black tones, probably by Johann Ehrenfried Stadler. The lid is different. Minimal restoration. Mark in the form of a sword. Height 21 cm. See Rücker catalog, Bavarian National Museum, number 216; Rücker/Willsberger, plate 35. Porcelain coffee pot with lid with Indian flowers. Mark of crossed swords. Meissen. Circa 1725–1735.
