Two-handed tray
Description

Oval shape with a curving, wavy edge. Side handles, adorned with gold, are oppositely placed volute handles. Relief decoration "Altrocier". In the sunken mirror (center), a large so-called applied flower, surrounded by shaded insects and scattered flowers. Corresponding decoration of flowers and insects on the flange and outer wall. Polychrome painting, most likely by Johann Gottfried Klinger (active 1726-1746). Gold border. Sword mark. Height 8 cm. 40 cm x 29 cm.
