"Menzetino with a Little Monkey" from an Italian comedy

On a rocaille-style pedestal with volutes, a rising rod is mounted, supporting a standing comic figure in a checkered suit with a white collar, wearing a yellow hat and a black mask, holding a monkey in his hands.
