(1899 Gnoien - 1980 Hannover) "Scales on the Beach". Original title "Wohl Ende der 1920er Jahre entstandene Industriehafenszene" by Wegners, who studied at Fritz Burger-Mühlfeld in Hannover and regularly exhibited at the Kunstverein from 1926 onwards. Watercolour and pencil or crayon on paper. Inscribed with number 1686 and titled on the reverse. Sheet measures 27.4 cm x 40.9 cm. Framed.
