Super rarity!!! In superb condition!!! A true find for a genuine collector or crystal enthusiast!
The Knittel FAKIRIS factory, located in Silesia, got its name from an ancient monastery built in the early 13th century. In 1826, enterprising Germans purchased two abandoned buildings and opened a factory, where by the time of World War I, around 5,000 people were involved in creating a ringing wonder in the Art Nouveau style.
Due to the economic depression of the 1930s, the factory lost its momentum and underwent massive layoffs, both in terms of employees and production areas, only preserving the exclusive production of expensive and top models of products.
After the end of World War II, the factory experienced some development, but it never reached the level of success it had at the beginning of the century. By 1978, it ceased to exist, merging with the Cristal AG corporation. Therefore, any of its products released in the early and mid-20th century, especially those of high quality and preservation, automatically became the subject of special attention from collectors and crystal enthusiasts, and the value of such items only increases with each passing year. The products of the Knittel FAKIRIS factory are a marvel that continues to impress crystal lovers worldwide with their purity and exceptional brilliance.
