Six Wine Glasses made of Colorful Crystal "Grape"
Description

Luxurious and very stylish, a set of six "Creaman" or champagne glasses, made of colored overlay crystal, 100% handmade, from the famous "Traube - Vinograd" series. Produced by the renowned German manufacturer NACHTMANN in the 1970s. The NACHTMANN factory was founded in Bavaria in 1834 by Michael Nachtman. In the early 20th century, the factory workshops moved to Neustadt, where they are still located today. In the 1960s and 1970s, NACHTMANN became the largest producer of high-quality crystal in Germany. The NACHTMANN conglomerate for a long time brought together several subsidiary companies such as "Marc Aurel," "Katharinen Hutte," and "Spiegelau." The products of these factories stood out for their design and the minimal lead content in the crystal. In the early 2000s, the range of products became significantly poorer. The factory switched to more cost-effective forms, and one by one, interesting positions disappeared. In 2004, Riedel Glas acquired the shares of Nachtmann Cristal AG. Although the factory is still operating today, it has not been able to return to producing the products it made during its highest period. So now, any of its products released in the 1960s-1970s, especially those of high-quality craftsmanship and preservation, automatically become objects of special attention from collectors and crystal enthusiasts, and the value of such items only increases with each passing year.
