Nymphenburg figurine "Isabella"

From the Italian comedy, a porcelain figure of Isabella. Standing on a flat rocaille plinth, Isabella is dressed in courtly attire, with her upper body slightly bent forward and her head turned to the left. Possibly by Franz Anton Bustelli, 1759/1760. Restored. Impressed manufacturer's mark. Height 19.5 cm. See Ziffer, catalog of the Bäuml Collection, no. 98; Bavarian National Museum, inventory number Ker 2137. Provenance: Princely Collection of Thurn and Taxis at Schloss St. Emmeram; auctioned by Sotheby's, Regensburg, 12-5-1993, lot 1932. A porcelain figure of Isabella from the Commedia dell'arte.
