Description

Quadratic, passively curved shape. In the recessed mirror and on the ascending wall, partially spared in purple background, gold-contoured and ornamented four-pass reserves with so-called Kaufmann scenes in the manner of the 18th century; polychrome painting with rich gold staffage. Minimal restoration; crossed swords mark. 21 cm x 21 cm. A porcelain bowl with purple ground, painted with Kaufmann scenes. Minor restored. Crossed swords mark. Meissen. 1st half 19th century.
