(Active at the end of the 19th century) An allegory of spring, depicting the goddess Flora resting in an Arcadian landscape, shown as a semi-nude with garlands of flowers and roses, accompanied by two putti. This is a large-scale painting influenced by Hans Makart and Hans Zatzka. Oil on canvas, with a tear above the left rear putto. Dimensions: 151 cm x 118 cm. Presented in an exquisite frame.
