In the style of Carl Fabergé, this silver pill box is partially enameled. It features a rectangular body with a hinged convex lid. The lid is adorned with two laurel leaf branches, centrally decorated with cabochon stones of various shades and surrounded by diamond roses on a green enameled background. Created in Russia in the 20th century, this pill box is marked with the standard 88 hallmark. It weighs approximately 55 grams and measures 2.5 cm in height and 3.8 cm x 2.5 cm in size.
