The surface is almost entirely covered in blood-red enamel, adorned with a wave-like guilloché pattern. The lid is decorated with an applied plastic double-headed eagle inlay, set with diamond roses and garnet cabochons, surrounded by two flower-adorned cornucopias and flanked by two sphinxes. Created in 1888, it weighs approximately 185 grams and measures 1 cm in height, 9.8 cm in length, and 5.5 cm in width. This Russian decorative ashtray is crafted from red enamel in the style of Carl Fabergé. It bears the 88 hallmark and was produced in Russia in the 20th century.
