It has a square shape with a hinged lid and a central ornament in the form of a small faceted rosette, adorned with rose-cut diamonds against an orange enamel background. Weighing approximately 30 grams, it measures 1.2 cm in height, 2.3 cm in length, and 2.3 cm in width. This Russian pill box, dating to the 20th century, is made of partially gilded silver with enamel work and is marked with the standard 88 hallmark.
