In the style of Carl Fabergé, this silver, gilded, and enameled pill box is a work of art. Its square body has rounded corners, and the hinged lid features a small attached star decorated with rose-cut diamonds on a palace-blue enameled and guilloché grid background. Surrounding it is a frame of black enamel with a gold profiled line. The dimensions of the pill box are approximately 2.8 cm x 2.8 cm, with a height of 1.2 cm and a weight of about 40 g. It bears the 88 standard mark and is made in Russia from gilded silver and enamel. This exquisite piece dates back to the 20th century.
