

Silver, fully gilded. On a rounded, convex, and repeatedly profiled base, the cylindrical body features a smooth area highlighted by profiled lines and a narrow edge. The upper and lower halves of the walls are decorated with a fine chased ornamental band of ribbon work and floral calyxes over a punched background. The hinged rising lid has a wide protruding area and a central engraved, alloyed monogram. The base and lid are encircled by narrow, evenly spaced gadroons. Voluted, divided support for the thumb and index finger and loops for ears with attached pearl beads. Marked, tremolier line, assay mark, annual letter "B", master Georg Kalert the Elder (master since 1702). Weight approximately 365 g. Height 12 cm.
