

Silver, fully gilded. On spherical exhibition feet, a wearable cylindrical body with a gently swaying, smooth rim divided by profile lines. The wall and lid alternate with stylized relief flat fruit bunches, a total of six medallions featuring expressively cast antique portraits of Roman rulers, each engraved with an inscription above; the lid is cap-shaped, with a smooth, widely flared rim, and crowned with a large spherical finial. Master Hans Philipp Sigmund (became a master around 1659) made the engraving, delicate strokes, hallmarks, weight approx. 205 g. Height 14.5 cm. See Seling 2007, BZ 0750, No. 1622.
