Description

White porcelain. Pear-shaped body. Side handle made of ash, spout in the shape of a shell with relief decoration, and a lid with a branched handle. On the body and lid, the branches of a grapevine with grape clusters are carefully sculpted, the so-called "Irmingerian decorations." Unclear mark of a previous owner, possibly Johann Caspar Haase. Restored. Sword mark. Height 23 cm. Porcelain teapot with grapevine branches. Unclear mark of a previous owner. Restored. Crossed swords. Meissen. Circa 1735–1739.
