Description

PORCELAIN FIGURINE OF A LADY WITH A MASK FROM THE STATE PORCELAIN FACTORY, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1920S-1930S

Based on a model created by Konstantin Somov in 1906, it realistically depicts a lady in a green and pink dress with a black cloak, removing a mask. The base marking bears an impressed stamp with a hammer, sickle, and gear, as well as impressed Cyrillic initials "IK" for Ivan Kuznetsov. Height 22 cm.
