Circa 1914; a rare porcelain commemorative piece dedicated to Tsarevich Alexei in the rank of General of the Cossacks, with a sepia transfer portrait and Cyrillic inscription featuring a stylized geometric border pattern and a vignette depicting the double-headed eagle of the Romanovs, a green stamped mark, 4 inches high.
