Around 1914; a rare porcelain commemorative piece dedicated to Tsesarevich Alexei in the rank of General of the Cossacks, with a sepia transfer portrait and Cyrillic script featuring a stylized geometric pattern along the edge and a vignette depicting the double-headed eagle of the Romanovs, a green stamped mark, 4 inches high.
