Description
On a rocaille base stands a dancing comedian in a floral-patterned gray doublet and black trousers, holding his cloak in his left hand. The polychrome painting is adorned with gilded detailing. Possibly made by Franz Anton Bustelli in 1759/60. Manufacturer's mark. Height: 19.5 cm. Porcelain figurine of Scaramouche from the commedia dell'arte. Nymphenburg. 20th century.
