Two decorative round dishes with Kakiemon style ornamentation "Three Friends".
Description
Made with a chipped rim. A beautiful decoration inspired by East Asian patterns, the so-called "Three Friends" with Prunus, Bamboo, and Pine (or "Indian Branch Pattern"). Polychrome painting in Kakemono style with gold decoration. Crossed swords mark and dating. Plate diameter: 18.5 cm. A set of two decorative plates with the Kakemono "Three Friends" pattern based on East Asian designs and gold. Meissen, 1991.
