Description

Following the example of the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory, this amphora-shaped vase features a relief ornamentation on the body. The side handles are made in the form of a pair of entwined snakes emerging from an acanthus pattern. On both sides of the vase, there is a large floral bouquet surrounded by numerous small floral compositions in polychrome painting. The gilded decoration is damaged. The manufacturer's mark is present. Height: 52.5 cm. Porcelain vase with side handles in the form of snakes, covered with a floral pattern. Partially worn decoration. Manufacturer's mark.
