A RUSSIAN PORCELAIN PLATE, KUZNETSOV PORCELAIN FACTORY, BUDYANSK, 1894-1917 circular, the rim featuring foliate swags alternating with the top of an Ionic column, the cavetto featuring garland swags with a profile of a Roman gladiator within a laurel wreath, against a eggshell white ground, marked with overglaze green factory mark under base ; diameter: 35 cm (13 3/4 in.) CONDITION The plate appears in very good original condition. Rubbing to the rim detailing, as well as minor chips. Overall light surface scratches consistent with age and use. Inspection under UV shows no apparent signs of restoration or repairs. N.B. All lots are sold in as-is condition at the time of sale.
