DESCRIPTION: (9 Pc) A Russian Moscow USSR Dulevo porcelain set of nine plates with painted decoration depicting the Kremlin Wall from Moscow. Marked with the Dulevo red porcelain hallmark. Dulevo porcelain factory was established in 1832 by Terenti Kuznetsov. His idea was to create a mass-producing porcelain factory. During Soviet period the factory employed up to 6500 people. In 1958 a porcelain figurine named Falcon won the grand prix during the Brussels World's Fair. The falcon has become a symbol of the Dulevo factory and its mark. CIRCA: 20th Century. ORIGIN: Russia.
