Description

Round, lightly deepened form. "Reliefzierat" with rocailles, trellis and lattice work, scale mosaic and colorfully rich flower painting. Year marks. Scepter and painter's mark. Plate diameter: 28.5 cm. After a table service for the New Palace in Potsdam, commissioned by Frederick the Great. A set of twelve porcelain place plates with decor "1st Potsdam Service" and finely painted flowers. Painter's signature. Scepter and painter's mark. KPM-Berlin. 1939.
