Original, very beautiful "Small Basket", a vase - candy dish - trinket holder in the shape of a basket, colored overlay crystal, 100% handmade. Manufactured by the world-renowned German factory - NACHTMANN, 1970s. The NACHTMANN factory was founded in Bavaria in 1834 by Michael Nachtmann. At the beginning of the 20th century, the factory's workshops moved to Neustadt, where they are still located today. In the 1960s-70s, NACHTMANN became the largest producer of high-quality crystal in Germany. For a long time, the NACHTMANN group included several subsidiaries: "Marc Aurel", "Katharinen Hutte", "Spiegelau". The products of these factories were distinguished by their design and the minimization of lead oxide in the crystal content. In the early 2000s, the range of products became significantly poorer. The factory switched to more economical forms, and interesting items disappeared one after another. In 2004, the shares of Nachtmann Cristal AG were acquired by Riedel Glas. Although the factory is still operating today, it has not been able to return to producing the products it made during the peak period of its heyday. Therefore, now, any of its products released in the 1960s-70s, especially those of high quality and preservation, have automatically become objects of special attention from collectors and crystal connoisseurs, and the value of such items increases every year.
Exclusive design, handmade, genuine high-quality lead crystal with a lead oxide content of at least 24% (PbO 24% - world standard), such a lead oxide content increases the refractive index, allowing the crystal to sparkle with all its facets in the sunlight like precious stones; exquisite color combination of transparent white and delicate pink, elegant cut facets—all this looks wonderfully beautiful, making the "Basket" a perfect decoration for your table or interior. Multifunctional and convenient to use, suitable for serving candies, nuts, or storing various small items. It looks exceptionally good in almost any interior and always attracts the attention of those around. Also, currently under the article number - 1675,
