Porcelain vase with handles in the shape of snakes
Description

A figurative body in the shape of an amphora with a relief ornamental border, partially covered with a golden bronze layer. The side handles are in the form of a pair of winding snakes. On both sides of the body, there is a large, colorful bouquet of flowers in polychrome painting. Gilded decoration. Possibly the work of Ernst August Leuteritz, Berlin, with the presence of a crossed swords mark. Height 27.5 cm. A porcelain vase with snake-shaped handles, painted with floral decor. Partially worn. Meissen. Second half of the 19th century.
