Along the upper edge of the coin, the series name in English: "WARRIORS OF THE WORLD". At the bottom, the inscription "CELTIC". The central part of the reverse features a raised depiction of a Celtic warrior with a spear in his raised right hand and a shield in his left hand.
Obverse
Along the rim, inscriptions in French: at the top, the country name "REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO"; at the bottom, "10 Francs". The central part depicts the coat of arms of the DRC: a leopard's head, with an elephant tusk to its left and a spear to its right. Below the head, on a motto ribbon, is the inscription "Justice, Paix, Travail", which translates from French as "Justice, Peace, Work". The coat of arms separates the mint year "20 10".
