Along the upper edge of the coin in English is the series name 'WARRIORS OF THE WORLD', with the inscription 'VIKING' below. The central part of the reverse features a relief image of a Viking in full military gear.

Obverse

The central part depicts the coat of arms of the DRC: a leopard's head, with an elephant tusk to its left and a spear to its right.
