Ceramic, bronze-like painted; with inset glass eyes. Numbered "1007 (/) 4" and "128". Rare execution of the well-known eagle figure, which Arthur Storch probably modeled as a porcelain sculpture around 1921 for the oldest Volkstedt porcelain factory in Volkstedt/Thuringia in connection with its large figures for the porcelain palace in Leipzig. Height: 53.5 cm. Provenance: From the estate of a significant North German private collection. A large bronze-colored ceramic sculpture with glass eyes on an octagonal base, modeled by Arthur Storch circa 1921. Numbered "1007 (/) 4" and "128". German, 2nd quarter 20th century.
