Viktor Alekseevich Nemtinov (b. 1947) is a writer and poet, playwright, publisher. After finishing school, he worked at the Lenfilm studio as an assistant cameraman, then as a cinematographer. At the turn of the 1960s–1970s, he wrote poetry, plays, and prose in an absurdist-ironic style. Being close to the circle of poets of Malaya Sadovaya, and later to the literary group “Helenukty,” he published in samizdat under the pseudonym VNE. In the 1970s–1980s, he was close to the group “Aquarium” as its semi-official photographer. Viktor Ivanovich Tikhomirov (b. 1951) is an artist, painter, illustrator, writer, screenwriter, and film director, member of the creative group “Mitki.” Works by V. Tikhomirov are held in the State Russian Museum, in other Russian and foreign museums, as well as in private collections. Among the collectors are: Boris Grebenshchikov, Yuri Shevchuk, Mikhail Boyarsky, Andrei Konchalovsky, Alexander Sokurov, Igor Maslennikov, and others.
