

(1949 Hanau - 2015 Berlin) Composition with broad lines, executed in spatula technique, consisting of overlapping color areas of various sizes and individual figurative elements. The artist, who studied at the Berlin University of the Arts from 1986/87, worked as a freelancer in Berlin and on the Ligurian coast. Her works were exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Germany, Europe, and the USA. In the late 1980s, she turned to abstract painting in the tradition of Tachisme and Art Informel. Travels to study Mediterranean countries, India, Sri Lanka, and Brazil enriched and influenced her forms and visual language, as well as her palette.
