The hinged lid and sides are enameled in royal blue and decorated with an interwoven braid pattern. The edges and corners are surrounded by ornamentally engraved decorative strips. The sides are divided by vertical decorative bands and adorned with laurel leaf branches. In the center of the lid is a cross-shaped oval medallion with a filigree perforated monogram, surrounded by two stylized floral ornaments and decorated with diamond roses. Made in 1888, it weighs approximately 210 grams and has the following dimensions: height 4 cm, length 8.8 cm, and width 4.3 cm. This gilded silver box with enamel is a testament to the craftsmanship of Carl Fabergé and is marked with the standard "88" hallmark, indicating its origin from Russia in the 20th century.
