In the style of Carl Fabergé, this piece is made of silver, gilded, and enameled. It has a square shape with chamfered corners. The hinged lid is decorated with a central bouquet of small flowers, inlaid with diamonds on a green and black enameled background. It is marked with the number 88 and weighs approximately 40 grams. The dimensions are 1.2 cm in height, 2.9 cm in length, and 3.2 cm in width. This gilded silver and enameled Russian pill box resembles the works of Carl Fabergé. It is decorated with the standard 88 mark and was produced in Russia in the 20th century.
