Sterling silver. Above the oval base, a conical expanding body with a strongly offset shoulder. The surface is divided by vertical flutes. A bombé door with a profiled wooden handle. A deep added tulip and a framed handle made of wood stained black. An engraved owner's monogram "C" on the visible side. Partially gilded inside.
