Imperial Russia, porcelain factory of M. S. Kuznetsov, early 20th century (circa 1918). On the bottom of the plate is the factory's glaze stamp. Porcelain, decal, glaze painting, gilding. The plate depicts the monogram of Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich and the coat of arms of the 13th Grenadier Life Guards Erivan Regiment of Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich. See Peters, Ilyin #52. The regimental coat of arms was approved by the emperor in 1892.
