Description

Russian porcelain soup tureen with two handles and a lid by the Kuznetsov factory, early 20th century. A printed green pattern depicts scenes from the Napoleonic Wars, and on the underside of the tureen, the words "The Meeting of Alexander I with Napoleon at Tilsit" and "The Military Council at Fili" are engraved in Russian. Diameter across handles: 29.2 cm.
