Round-shaped commemorative plate from the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition, depicting two standing figures—a man and a woman—holding wheat above their heads, set against an orange background with a centered inscription in Cyrillic. Along the edge is a low-relief vine with a golden detailed pattern. Factory mark, quality stamp, and the date "1954" in blue glaze; "30" marked in blue glaze, "8" marked in green glaze; dimensions: 3.8 x 27.9 cm (1 1/2 x 11 inches).
