Soviet ceramic plate dedicated to the Third Communist International

Based on a design by Oganez Tatevosyan, the VKHUTEMAS ceramics studio at the Dulyovo Porcelain Factory, 1921, circular form, the central section painted with a figure in traditional Central Asian costume holding an orange flag with an inscription, a deep blue border with six oval cartouches painted with scenes of labor and an inscription, marked on the underside with the studio mark, diameter: 25.5 cm (10 inches).
