White teapot made of Böttger porcelain
Description

Böttger porcelain, white. Spherical body with a short conical spout and a curved handle. Dome-shaped lid with a drop-shaped handle. A convex frieze running above and below the body, as well as around the lid, consisting of diagonally arranged flutes. Height: 11.5 cm. This texture, known as "pipe ornamentation," can be traced to contemporary silverware by Johann Jakob Irminger (1635–1724).
