Original title: Gegensücke. A noblewoman or nobleman standing on a relief socle, wearing a partially striped and diamond-patterned costume, each with a cape on their shoulders and a pilgrim’s hat. Polychrome painting with gold details. Possibly designed by Johann Joachim Kändler in 1743. Crossed swords mark. Height 13.5 cm – 14 cm. A pair of porcelain figurines “Actress” and “Actor” in ornate costumes. Produced by Meissen around 1760–1770.
