The Young Shepherdess
Description

On a flat, flower-strewn pedestal stands a young lady in a white skirt, a floral blouse, and an apron filled with plastic flowers, as well as a yellow hat. In her right hand she holds a flower, and with her left hand she gathers her skirt. At her feet lies a sheep. The multicolored painting is outlined in gold. This may be a work by Johann Joachim Kändler. There are minor damages; it has been restored. Marked with crossed swords. Height: 16.5 cm. Porcelain figurine of a shepherdess with sheep. Meissen, circa 1750.
