A pair of soup tureens with lids

An oval body on four legs shaped like shells with side handles. The lid has a plastic handle in the form of putti with cornucopias. Polychrome floral painting with gold accents. Relief decoration in the Neubrandenstein style. One of the lids has a crack; marked with crossed swords. Height 19 cm, length 33 cm. A pair of tureens with lids. Meissen. Second half of the 19th century.
