On the shore, sitting on a rock, the hunting goddess Diana is depicted in an antique style, wiping her left leg with a blue cloth. Her head is turned to the left. At her feet sits a dog, and nearby lies a discarded quiver filled with arrows and a bow. Polychrome painting with minimal use of gold. Possibly the work of Johann Carl Schoenheit, circa 1770. Model number E75. Condition: minor chips, restored, repaired. Sword mark. Height: 16.5 cm. Rare porcelain figure of the hunting goddess Diana, depicted as a female nude. Meissen, circa 1935-1945.
