(1836 Schröbenhausen - 1904 Munich) attributed; Portrait of a young lady. A sensitive and characterizing portrait study in which the color tone of the paint cardboard is incorporated into the visual effect, with color only being applied in raised areas. Charcoal and chalk over pencil on cardboard. Verso inscribed "Lady Curzon (/) Franz von Lenbach 1888" and with exhibition number. 30.8 cm x 30.4 cm. Framed.
