A pair of decorative obelisks

Malachite and silver, gilded. On a stepped four-sided base with an overhanging top plate. Displayed on a conical, corresponding square column, the holy St. George is depicted fighting the dragon, adorned with diamond roses. On the base, there is an applied palmette ornamentation made of gilded silver. Dated 84. H. 30.5 cm. A pair of Russian malachite obelisks set with gilt silver applications. Standard mark 84.
